Pedagogical Innovation and the Future of the Teaching Paradigm

The world is changing. And with it the inevitable changes in teaching and academia, aimed at integrating innovation and digitalization into the academic context. There are many dilemmas and challenges. But there are also many creative solutions. How can academia innovate to better provide quality education and train global professionals who are prepared for the challenges ahead? And how can students feel more motivated and led to proactive, stimulating teaching that helps them acquire critical and constructive thinking? Can experiential learning make a difference and add the piece of the innovation puzzle needed in classical and traditional teaching? Are the two perspectives opposite or complementary?
