This session aims to explore the importance of habits and lifestyles from the perspective of longevity and well-being. It will discuss the importance of a balanced diet, regular physical activity, social relationships and a life with purpose and meaning. Recognizing that information and literacy are in most cases not enough to adopt healthy lifestyle habits, we will devote our attention to the exogenous factors that positively/negatively influence our behaviors. Assuming that our behaviors are influenced by the world around us, what kind of interventions can help us adopt healthy lifestyles? Who will be the actors in these interventions? How can public policies support, encourage and facilitate healthy choices? What kind of cross-sectoral collaborations will be needed to create comprehensive and effective interventions? Join a diverse panel of professionals and contribute to a discussion on possible models of social intervention, adapted to the reality and specificity of different communities.
