Simon Gineste

Simon Gineste was born in France, where he lived and studied until completing a degree in Management. His entrepreneurial mindset later took him to Barcelona, where he completed an MBA at ESADE, and had his first international experience at Antares Consulting. He joined Novartis Spain in 2007 where, since then, he has developed his career in the areas of Sales and Marketing, until he assumed the position of Director in the Cardiovascular area for the Europe Region and, later, the position of Franshise Head for the Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolism areas at Novartis Spain. He has led Novartis Portugal since 2021, first as General Manager for the Pharma division and, since 2022, as Innovative Medicines Country President.
