Environmental Engineer, with postgraduate degrees in the areas of planning and spatial planning law, urbanism and environment, having passed through the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, Faculty of Engineering of the Catholic University of Portugal, Faculty of Science and Technology of the Universidade Nova of Lisbon and University of the Azores. Currently, I work as Head of the Management and Territorial Studies Division of Cascais City Council. 20 years of experience in the areas of planning, strategic environmental assessments, environmental impact assessments, urban hydraulics, management and supervision of construction projects.
