Providers must also comply with health policies, meet ethical guidelines, and focus on cost and accessibility while considering local and regional limitations and resources to make sure everyone can get good healthcare quickly.

Professionals must be able to adapt to modern technologies through additional training and skill development. In this context, the goal of resistance management is to remove obstacles that prevent the improvement of procedures and the growth of organizations.
