Anabela Silva

I’m a health professional with 10 years’ experience and a great curiosity for the world of technology and the area of health policy and decision-making. With a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, I began my professional career as an Information Manager at a Medicines Information Centre, where I quickly realized the importance of data in informed decision-making and management. Passionate about impactful initiatives, I took part in transformative projects such as Farma2Care or Operação Luz Verde, which brought effective answers to people and helped pave the way for a new paradigm in hospital medication dispensing. I’m currently Project Manager at Prológica, where I coordinate the development of different digital solutions that will enable value-based healthcare practices to be built. My mission is to create a solid foundation that empowers healthcare institutions, their teams, and the people they serve to achieve better and more meaningful health outcomes.
